CAMBRIDGE WORK EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE
Totnes European School has been organising work experience programmes for many years, ensuring that the participant receives a worthwhile experience which is professionally planned and monitored. A certificate from TES is given.
In addition to the School’s own work experience certificate, we offer the University of Cambridge Work Experience Certificate.
The Cambridge Work Experience Certificate gives:
QUALITY Totnes European School’s work experience programme has been inspected and meets the quality criteria defined by Cambridge.
RECOGNITION The University of Cambridge is recognised by employers worldwide.
A REAL PROGRAMME With Cambridge you learn more because you think about your work experience. Your work is assessed by Cambridge.
AN ESTABLISHED PROGRAMME The Cambridge Certificate in Work Experience programme has been established for over 10 years.
To achieve the Cambridge Work Experience Certificate you will need to complete an assessment portfolio. No examination is taken.
The portfolio consists of sections - Work, Knowledge, Skills and Achievements. There is also a section for the employer to complete as a reference of the work achieved.
You need the following:
- A minimum of Intermediate level in English. (B1*)
- A minimum of 4 weeks’ work experience must be taken
The completed portfolio is then assessed by the University of Cambridge. The successful candidate will receive their certificate in approximately two months.
The fee is approximately £98
